The integrity of the personnel in general was a comforting feeling. I felt Laura Staude Flood went “Above & Beyond the call of duty” in the way she staged the inside of the home for the pictures. Than had the drone videoing the overview of the outside of the house and the terraced landscaping from the river. Also, her timing of prepping and staging the home, plus running of the ad’s and Open House were very effective. Her willingness and readiness to work with other agents for the sale in my best interest above her own agents was most impressive!!
