What would be my best advice to someone?

Well, obviously I would say buy real estate. It’s such a great investment. So buying real estate would be number one. But on a more personal note, I would say, it has to be a “hell yes.”

Our time is so valuable and we’re all doing so much, we’re running all over the place. It’s crazy the world that we live in now. So when it comes to invitations for things or going different places, for me, it has to be hell yes. That is the question that we ask in our house all the time. “Is it a hell yes?”, because if it’s not, I’m not going to do it. So I think asking yourself if it’s a hell yes, is the best advice I would give to someone.
