About Lake Koshkonong

Lake Koshkonong is a reservoir just outside of Fort Atkinson Wisconsin. Lake Koshkonong is one of the larger lakes in the state of wisconsin at 10,500 acres, but it is a very shallow lake with an average depth of six feet.   The lake contains Panfish, Musky, Small Mouth Bass, Large Mouth Bass, Rock northern pike, catfish, and Walleye. Lake Koshkonong has 4 public boat launches.

Lake koshkonong borders the Town of Koshkonong and the Town of Sumner.
