Equity: What’s Your Property Worth?

When making plans for the future, it is important to know the equity in your home. If you’re curious about the current equity in your home, when the best time to sell is or wondering what your neighbor’s home sold for, Market Snapshot is a great resource.

Market Snapshot offers a generalized report, including the most current sold data, active listings, inventory, and days on market counts within a 5-mile radius of your property. Market Snapshot is a great first step if you are considering selling a home.  For a more specific evaluation of your home and to see if now may be the right time to make a move, let’s talk so you can make an informed decision.

The Market Snapshot report will give you a general idea of the value of your home based on a 5 mile radius of your home. This program and others like it use public record data which is typically 4-8 months behind the current market trend. These programs are useful for general market trending but since they do not account for many unique details of each home or the changing market, they may not reflect what your home is actually worth and should not be relied upon for specific valuations for a home sale or refinance.  If you are considering listing your home, please contact me for a current market analysis of your home.
